We carry out a reform and decoration project for a single-family home located in the south of Spain.

The house was purchased for vacation rental.

To do this, we advise clients with low-cost furniture and warm colors that transmit calm and relaxation, and that will last over time, without overlooking the main focus of the home. We change doors, paint and fix walls and cabinets throughout the house. We seek to give light to the room by providing it with light and welcoming materials.

For the spiral staircase, the focal point of the house, we defined lacquer in matt black, giving it a more industrial character in combination with the different sconces on the walls.

The house consists of four double rooms for which we chose light colors, both on the walls and in the textiles, thus achieving greater luminosity and a feeling of comfort and cleanliness.

On the solarium terrace we made a work bench to enjoy the beautiful views of the coast.
